Today the service was pretty good, but it did take 20 min to get a fresh plate of fries and the pancakes were a little hard. Krystal was really doing her thing with the customer service.....Great job.

They typically put their servers in the weeds by overseating their sections. Food is usually good if you don't mind the wait.

The service was not the best. My friend ordered chocolate chip pancakes and she was served chocolate pancakes along with raw bacon and raw eggs . She was also charged extra!!!! Do not go here.

We were literally the only customers here at 4 pm; our food still took 45 minutes and the server got our order wrong. Bacon was both raw and burnt at the same time.

If you order something with multiple substitutions, they more often than not mess it up.
