When you need to enjoy a long gym session, remember that the parking is free for only 1:30 hours. You will need to drive in and out in order to maximise your time.

The water dispensers are colder when no one uses them so always choose the one with the least traffic. The weights and spinning ones are ice cold at night

Parking is terrible from 16:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Wednesday with Thursday and Friday slightly better. Avoid those times if possible

If u are not training with a personal trainer it is difficult to get weights etc. think this gym has be biggest number of personal trainers
