I go to this Mall mostly for McNally Robinson Book Store . Target is setting up where Zellers was. I expect that Target will be a good draw for this Mall .
under-rated mall , fairly empty but possessing the best bookstore in the city - McNally Robinson . Visit that shirt-printing store and say hi to Kara, she's the hipster .
Still renovating as of this spring. Small and relatively empty mall but I would imagine it will look nice and draw more people once renovations are complete.

Recent renovation includes nice upgraded seats. One theatre is now assigned seating, with a new larger screen and upgraded sound system. Definitely an underrated Cinema in Winnipeg. - Rodney Wilder
