I think this overpriced rate is for the beachfront but is not best place on the coast.They charge for3d person but room beds are comfortable for2and omg the worth is the pillows !My neck was so bad
We loved this place. Great rooms right on the beach and tasty breakfast in the morning. Ask for the room with the tall ceilings.
Authentic costa rican restaurant with a very friendly staff . Joshua is a great attribute to El Velero. Highly recommend
Wednesday and Saturday nights the fire up the outdoor wood grill. Do not miss it. Luis the bartenders rocks ass.

Try the piña coladas . Made with pure coconut extract. Some of the best ever. Otherwise, drink a ton of rum .

Hopefully you haven't checked in yet. Super dirty and full of BUGS. Bugs smashed on wall. Dirt on floors. Moldy. Gross. Stay elsewhere.

Great beach side restaurant, great live music, super accommodating stuff. Come at a sunset. It's not cheap but nothing is cheap in Costa Rica. Make sure to order mohito! - Aslı Şahin
