Great value for money . Quite near to the railway station. 15 min walk or two boat (St. Marcuola, Venice casino ) stations away. Breakfast not included for apartment bookings . Cooperative staff .
They don't charge for checkin outside of 8 AM to 8PM. Remote opening and instructions are quite clear. Communication to the clients is quite clear. A lot of eateries nearby.

Nice little hotel. Central location. Close windows before going out in the afternoon to prevent mosquitos from entering (common Venice problem) before returning to sleep. Wifi fast and free. - Alex
