Good location and valuable service. New hotel with atrium and good connection to public transport (tube). Hotel is designed and suitable for young families. Friendly staff .

This is the comfortable hotel I found in Vienna. Free Wi-Fi, cleanliness, nice staffs , and large lobby are my favorites.

Everything is great! Wifi , meal, cleaning . Nothing to add. Pretty far away from the center, but there is still underground!

Family friendly , very new hotel . Internet works well , rooms are clean , staff is friendly . Underground station is 10 min walk away. Free parking , but limited slots and not secure.

The worst reception ever.I arrived at 11 and I'm still at the reception after being told that my room would be ready first at 12,then at 13 and 14!They have 3 trainees and only 1 senior receptionist !

The ventilation system of the rooms facing the middle section is not very good. windows do not open.

No air conditioning and no food in the buffet during oppening time

Ottimo per famiglie , anche con bimbi piccoli. È molto confortevole, attrezzato con giochi anche per ragazzi più grandi. La cucina è buona e "naturale" con cibi leggeri ed ingredienti bio certificati.

İlk rezervasyonumuzu son anda iptal etmek zorunda kaldık. Ücret kesintisi olacakken durumu izah ettik ve çok yardımcı olup ücret almadılar. Biz de yine burayı tercih ettik. Her şey gayet yolundaydı

Hotel comodo e pulito, stanza spaziosa e comoda, staff gentile, wireless veloce. Ben collegato con tram , metro e bus (5 minuti a piedi). Vicino all'hotel numerosi negozi ed un centro commerciale .

Bem básico. Sem frigobar nos quartos, lanchonete que funciona só até 22h. Após 22h somente água e sorvete . Colchão não é bom e as taxas toalhas são de qualidade ruim. esperava muito mais do hotel .
