Сооружён в честь воинов Приморской армии и моряков Черноморского флота, геологически оборонявших Одессу в 1941 году. Открыт был 9 мая 1960 года.
Прогуливался здесь с семьёй. Отличное место, тихо , свежий воздух. Всем понравилось.
