I stay here past 5 years when I come to Burnley annually. Great architecture and wonderful staff and great breakfast and pub
From an American point of view the breakfast was good. It seemed a bit pricey at 16.50 pounds but the local sausage was great and as for my first experience with english tea I like it!
The service here is brilliant! One of the stuff here just offered me a lift to Asda, so I can buy too brush! Otherwise I probably have to walk 2 miles in the dark!!
Good wifi and excellent customer service.
Indulge in delicious international dishes at the Cameo Restaurant .
Dreadful service, horrific decor in the rooms that I have stayed in. Food is always cold and cooked to a bad standard with it being very heavy set and forceful to eat
Wine is £2.97 for a 'Times' recommended bottle in ASDA or £6 a glass here. Additionally, it's cheaper to buy three large glasses of wine rather than a bottle.
Try the Balti Stan Indian around the corner, its very good
Recommendation by reception. Prebook breakfast £10 instead of £16.50.
Free wifi . Fab. Much better wifi than the mercure d. Down the road and at no cost
New gym is cool!
The food is absolutely superb!
Charged for 20£ for early check-in and no one assisted us for our baggage, plus courtyard rooms has no free wifi ! Poor service! (n)
Don't stay here. And if you HAVE to don't stay in a courtyard room .
Bad service! Hotel messed up room, will not recemend to anyone
