A lot of free weights as well as machines. They offer also great group training classes .
It's a great gym , and for such a popular place quite cheap as well . It gets too crowded after 5 pm for my taste though.
Just take a trainer and make yourself a weekly program! Oh and don't skip trainings ! That's how you get yourself ripped :)
Nice gym , friendly staff . In the morning is almost empty.
Best gym if you know what you want!
