What I love about this place is the awesome pet policy. My wife and I have two bears and a ferret! Very friendly staff . After chasing our ferret for hours we finally caught him on the waterside!
The shower in the King Suite was absolutely incredibly. Dual shower heads, with dual controls, and two body sprays on each! INCREDIBLE!
Prime Rib wayyyyy underdone. No au jus to cook further. Only complaint.

Who cares if they allow pets , you would never notice. The bar has decent food and drinks are cheap . This is Grand rapids, not the Hamptons.

I am not a pet person and prefer to stay at pet free hotels - just found out they let pets stay here. Not a fan of that!
Overall hotel staff are great and service is ok would have been great but breakfast servers are irritable rude and treat people like crap no manners

The wild rice soup, club sandwich, Fisherman sandwich, chicken BLT & the buffalo chicken pizza were all excellent!! Loved the pizza (it is what I got). Would come again if I lived closer! - Jesselyn Armstrong
