it's crazy expensive here, but completely worth it. everything is so fancy and well maintained, the staff is very friendly , and the views are just breathtaking.

The pools are open 24/7, which is nice. Definitely take the time to make your way out on the catamaran to Palomino Island - it's absolutely beautiful - as is the nighttime bioluminescent kayaking !

Not the most upscale Waldorf property but it is a great fun resort and big enough to keep you busy. The walk from the lobby to the Marina can take 25 minutes.

Boat to the private island is a first come first served but you still have to book a time. You might not be able to get in the boat at the time you booked and you won’t be told until the boat arrives…

Private island is awesome...when thinking about what to do for dinner..go off the reservation . La Estacion (best meal in fajardo) and also kasavista are a better value and superior food.

Stay at Las Olas if you can so you don't have to depend on the funicular to get to the beach or marina bars , restaurants , shops. The lines for that thing can get long, and it's the only way down.

Rent a car @the airport @enterprise, so you can park it @their lot @theConquistador vs having to pay for daily parking . Great places to eat within 5 minutes of the hotel .

Legit concern from a lot people about kids/family vibe vs. a romantic vibe . But a nice ocean view makes almost anything better.

A great resort with good facilities and beautiful views .

We ate the pool side , really unique and tasty pizza . The arroz con pollo was good as well !

On of the most beautiful hotels I have ever been too. The private island is gorgeous and the pools are open all night. Going to come here at least once a year!

The Coqui Water Park is a fun thing to do for an afternoon. Has some fun water slides .

My Favorite Resort in P.R. The Marina Rooms are great. Avoid the first building is old.

We have been here many times in the past. Very sad to see this beautiful property pretty much abandoned. Does not deserve the stars. Took us over 1 hour to get to palomino. Hotel falling apart .

Self parking is tricky. Make sure you pay/charge for your ticket back at the hotel before getting your car. No way to exit otherwise, even if staying multiple nights.

Resort gets a 10 of 10. Staff also gets 10 of 10. However, the drink prices are very high, the food was not really very good. I would have expected the food quality much higher at a Waldorf.

The Sting Ray cafe is good but pricey . The Dorado and Lobster Salad are delish! Forgo the seafood chowder . It tastes like canned Campbells Soup .

Disappointing customer service, dirty pool & for going to the palomino island (the only proper beach ) you have to wait in line for the water taxi (not convenient)!! Overpriced not worth the stars.

Asked for a taxi to the ferry terminal, instead I was offered a private car. Was quoted $20, as soon as I loaded all luggage, was told it's $30.

Beautiful place...consider other drinking options. 11/12 bucks for a small cocktail adds a sad face to the wallet.

I've stayed in nicer rooms at a Hampton Suites.

Make sure your room is not next to the cable cars . It is loud and goes through the night.

a bit of let down. front desk staff seems to have other motivations aside from helping us out. The property is beat up, lots of torn up paint, cracked walls, broken elevator , etc. overpriced.

I try to give it another chance but it was worths than the last time! Even jackhammers early in the morning with no notice what so ever and the staff was rude.
