I certainly think that the rooms were brilliant. The staff is helpful especially those in the restaurant . I had a great time at this hotel . So I'm not going to say anything bad about it.

We arrived at 5.30 pm and made us wait 1/2 hour in the lobby because they said they are sending house keeping to check. Not 5 star service at all cuz house keeping should be done by noon at least.

Order seared salmon fillet with young potatoes - it's delicious!

I would recommand it for the B&B formula. Nice pool for in between sightseeing and not to crowed

Overall a good hotel to stay in.

Service was not so good. Electricity went out around midday and they keep lying saying 30 mins and the issue would be fix. Was not fixed at night and we had to get another room.

Try not to eat in this hotel . it is the worst food I ever had in Amman. over all you can't compare this one to dead sea . Dead sea kemp is perfect.

The worst 5 stars experience! Very unprofessional staff ; a big problem with the rooms's keys; an old building that needs renovation and a low standard food.

Not up to Kempinski standards. Small rooms, bathroom door did not close, room too cold. Neighborhood not too bad, lots of restaurants in the area.

The only propper bowling alley in town !

Surprised by the rooms (olds) and that smoking rooms is still avaible... Very bad.

Poor staff , poor service, very average food, and rooms need a refurb. Housekeeping poor as rooms are dirty . Kempinski should be ashamed.
