#fresh air , good for walking, running and relaxing

There are seven station from above to top. The seven station is for skinng. Good télécabine , huge parking , expensive foods. It is good for hiking but not in sunny days!!!

Good for a long and fat burning hiking ???????? not recommended on sunny days ( the sun really ruins your skin up there!☀️) better to go on cloudy or rainy days for more peace & a better view ????☁️⚡️☔️????

Best place to have Tehran view and jogging and restaurants and services are getting better everyday.

If you are a mountain climber you will love this place , if not enjoy walking and drinking a coffe beside of signicant views .

يكي از بهترين كوه هاي تهران، جاي پارك فراون، مسير عالي، تله كابين و تله سيژ هم داره :) و پر از كافه و رستوران . ديد خيلي خوبي هم به تمام نقاط تهران داره.

حتي وقتي بليط تله رو اينترنتي خريده باشي هم باز بايد تو صف وايسي! پيرشدنت رو حس ميكني تو اين صف???? تله سيژ با اينكه فقط تا چشمه ميره ولي صفاي خاص خودشو داره! امتحانش كن.

شب های توچال عالی اند. وسط هفته خلوت ولی امنه. آخر هفته هم شلوغ و پر از هیجان. تفریحات خوبی داره، مثل سورتمه، سینما شبیه ساز، زیپ لاین. برای کسایی هم که ورزشکارترند جاده ادامه داره تا هر جا که بخواند.

یعنی حال میده واسه پیاده روی و نفس کشیدن. تو وقتای عادی میشه از پارکینگ رفت تا ورودی تله کابین. اما صبح های جمعه بالاتر رفتن پیشنهاد میشه، حداقل تا ایستگاه 2 ????

بی نظیر،جایی که سالهاست با فواصل کوتاه از هم میام و هیچ وقت نمیتونم به پیشنهاد کسی که میگه بریم نه بگم،همیشه هم پر از جذابیت و نوآوری و چیزای باحاله

اگه برای خوردن شام تا اینجا اومدید یا نون پنیر ( و خیار، گوجه) اون کافه اخری رو امتحان کنید یا دلمه های دورین رو (دورین اخرین مغازه کناره اون همه خوردنیه) عالیه، فست فود هم فقط شیلا :-D

معمولا به اینجا میرسی هوا سرد میشه بخاطر محوطه‌ی بازش. تله کابینشم معمولا صبحا براهه، تله استیژش آخر هفته‌های عصرها و شب‌ها تا چشمه میبره. تا ایستگاه 2 هم پیاده 1 ساعتی راه هست حداقل بینشم چشمه‌ست

يكى از بهترين كوه هاى تهران براى بالا رفتن...تله كابين و بام هم داره!

مسير سرسبزي نداره. حسنش اينه هيچ وق خلوت نيست و براي كوهنوردي وسط هفته مناسبه.
