Cozy place. Friendly staff . Good coffee . Delicious chocolate . And they surprise you with a gift !!! I think it is one of the best coffee place in Krakow!

Had the tastiest strawberry milkshake here (with ice cream ) and a really rich chocolate mousse ! Both were reasonably priced and delicious! Will definitely be back for more ????

When you are in the center of the city and what just to sit with friends with a cup of coffee , Karmello is the best place for coffee with good prices. Two coffees and 2 deserts were 26 zlotys .

When I asked for a glass of water the waiter refused me. I explained that it’s to take a pill, just a little bit. He said: “Sorry, you need to buy it”. I can’t share with you how awful I felt after.

Great place to get very good coffee for 6 Zloty . Don't forget to try their delicious pralines ! Personal favorite: The Ginger Bread bonbon.

Great prices and delicious hot chocolate as also small chocolates . These nights they also have movie nights.

The hot chocolate is really good here, very thick and cheaper than on Rynek Glowny. But dessert was not good, I tried cheesecake but it has really odd taste and nothing to do with real cheesecake .
