The burger is, indeed, amazing. But do yourself a favor, save it for next time and grab the pork chop instead. It will not disappoint you.
Amazing chicken sandwich , tastes like Korean fried Chicken on the outside, perfectly cooked and juicy inside. You'll never go back to Bakesale Betty's again.
Burger & beef tallow fries . Consider splitting burger unless you are super hungry and can eat fast. Med rare burger tastes amaze when HOT. Good beer selection .
Cheese Burger (with bacon ) and Oakland Cheesesteak along with an order of tallow fries were all quite good.
Omgs. The meats are so good. The philly cheesesteak and burgers are superb 🤤 Fries and collard greens are also quite good. Get your butt here!
The double-decker burger comes with pimiento cheese , caramelized onion jam , pickle mayo , and chopped romaine on a potato pepper bun , and you can get a side of fries fried in beef tallow
Burger is dope but the pulled pork shoulder is next level 🔥🔥🔥
Cheese steak & fries (from Oakland restaurant week). They cook their fries just how I like em'. Nice and crispy !
Love the butchery here. Unusual and tasty cuts. Denver steak anyone?? Dinner here is the secret treat. Out standing C&H Burger .
What a good burger . Beef tallow fries and panzanella salad are excellent too.
You gotta get the pork rinds and the chicken and waffles !!! Unbelievably delicious!!!!
Love the fried chicken here. Very solid lunch spot , or if you’re into a burger or chicken sandwich any time.

Eat all the things. Seriously. Beer cheese fondue is a tad spicy but so good!
The best Philly cheesesteak that isn’t tech a cheesesteak of my life. And I’m from jersey. So yea.
Superb meats, the beef is top-notch, all cut to order. Home-made broths...mmm...
The sandwiches were great! We also bought sausage and country pate , which we haven't gotten to yet.
The pulled pork sandwich with a side of hand cut french fries is the real deal!
Come here for fine meats, broth and all the sausages you could ever dream of.
Fave cheese steak in the east bay . Best beef jerky I've had since I left Montana.
the fried chiken sammy is insane, even Ike wouldn't have the balls to drench sriracha over it like they do so good
Underrated sandwich spot . Brisket is so good.
All locally raised, humanely treated, organic meat ! It's SO EXCITING!
Every sandwich I've had here has been absolutely incredible.
Bahn Mi , pork belly sandwiches , beet salad , all good.
Best beef burger I've tried in the Bay Area!!
Philly Cheesesteak and burger were delicious!
Philly Cheesesteak and pulled pork sandwiches are awesome.
Cheeseburger and Chili were excellent
Pastrami sandwich was very tasty.
Everything is good!
Ask for their house-made beef jerky 🔥💥
Everyone says order the burger so I did. Something must have gone very wrong because it was just terrible. Never again.
Burger was fantastic!

A restaurant inside of a butchery ... It makes so much sense, why doesn't everyone do this?!
Cheesteak, yummy
Overpriced, took 20 minutes to receive my food, difficult to eat, slathered with sauce and heavily fried. Friendly staff .
Cheese steak was meh.
Ask about the bitters! The bartender has a whole flight of them upstairs. We had a mole bitters and it was amazing. - Mariko Tamaki
Jalapeno coleslaw was very generously sized, filled with fresh cilantro and red onion. Fast service. - Travis Close
Open & airy, with a touch of Auto Row vintage. And - oh yes - fine coffee and pastries! - Martha Hill
The saddleback brownie is heaven on Earth. The Fenton's Special is a good second choice as well. - Jaemie Paraon
Nice, busy store. Love their app, now has feature that shows which aisles your items are located. Convenient to stop on my way home. - C J
