Try the engineer . It is probably one of the top two or three sandwiches in existence. My personal favorite being the Italian Beef at Al's Beef in Chicago.
My current firehouse obsession: King's Hawaiian pulled pork--no mayo , AND crunch some jalapeño chips in the middle of that bad boy!
