Good service and clean . The room have a good size. The old lady was very polite and nice.
The couple who runs the hotel are very warm and friendly . Note the hotel is sharing same bldg as hotel Beatrice resulting a little confusion at 1st

Lovely hotel. 10 minutes from the historic centre and 5 from the SMN train station. The breakfast is good. The rooms are nice with PC to arrange your staying and travel in Florence. - Roy Shpitalnik
For this price there’s no complaints. Clean spacious rooms, surprisingly good brekky and awesome location. You can hear what your neighbors talk, but despite that, it’s great place to stay this cheap! - Sofia H
