Strong 'wok hei' (smokiness) but not wet enough. Appreciated lots of vege & taugeh, 'la pok' (fried pork lard cubes) is distinctively missing
Run by an elderly couple. Be patient during peak dining periods
What hit me first was the hei gor (prawn paste). It was distinctively good. Next was the crispy yu tiao (dough fritters); by the crunch, I could tell that they have been individually toasted. Nice! - Cheen The Curious
