I personally love this theatre more than Tata theatre . Brilliant stage set up and seating and this is the best place to watch The Class Act and Fools. :D
Small and gets crowded soon.. don't go without confirmed tickets .. Advisable to put on some Mosquito repellent during for evening shows.
They have decent Cold Coffee to quench your thirst prior to the movie .

Amazing Theatre! Maintained very well..The Prithvi Cafe alongside the theatre is Fabulous too..No parking though..you could park your vehicles outside on the main road or at pay & park across the road - Vedang Raul
