Awesome educational tours . This place was used as a Field Hospital during the Battle of Westport and is supposedly very haunted. Feels like you're being watched inside.
I took this pic unaware of the ghostly faces that appear on the right side of the mirror. I can't explain them, but they look really creepy.
The BEST time to visit is during a special event ... whether it is open hearth cooking, Candlelight Christmas , Summer Day Camp, or a living history program. Watch their calendar for dates!
