Terrible service at reception at arrival, food quality isn't great and rooms are lld and dated. All inclusive and you still have to pay extra for Wifi and the use of the room safe, no 4* worth at all
La literie est horrible on sent les ressorts dans le dos quand on dort et le petit déjeuné n est vraiment pas fameux, ils pourraient faire un effort sur la qualité des produits (jus notamment)
Hotel mal insonorizado, puertas de las habitaciones que cierran mal, almohadas demasiado bajas y colchones de muelles que se clavan. Muy mejorable en todos los aspectos.
Horrible hotel , habitaciones del cuéntame, cobran por el wifi y solo se preocupan por los guiris

Pools are nice (jacuzzi is on top) and breakfast is extend. Only the reception is really slow! - Albert Verhoeff
