Great location in heart of city 2 minutes walk from Waverley Station and less than 5 to all the action. Clean and good breakfast

Decent location & reasonably priced. Rooms are quite large with tea / coffee , but no fridge . Has most Freeview TV channels and usual pay TV options. Very warm rooms, even on cooler days & no air con.

Room is clean . It's not very well located but it's not a big issue. Problems: the place for breakfast is very small. you have to "fight" to get a seat and food. The housekeeping wakes you up at 7:30!

Amazing people, very organised centrally located. Comfortable stay.

Room recently updated and have air conditioning , certainly on the 5th top floor.

No plugs near the bed, so you'll need to charge your phone near the TV or bring an external power source.

Doesn't seem to be air conditioning in the rooms, just a fan so might be uncomfortable in the summer.
