Good drinks. Oysters solid. Dinner flavors well executed. Steak cold-likely waiting on consistently sluggish service. Would have ordered more drinks. No one checked about drinks or steak . 3 out of 5

Sit at the raw bar for one of the most interesting alcohol experiences in Minneapolis, thanks to the bar 's straight-talking, oyster-shucking chef .
Oysters are top notch. "Tall Paul" is my favorite server in the Tri-state area.
Octopus is better than you think, but monkfish is amazing.
Food is prepared and presented well . It's high quality. But given the prices, Sea Change is completely underwhelming... Staff is over attentive in an odd way, the menu is limited and not inventive.
The oysters are divine. Clam croquettes were scrumptious & the Sablefish melts in your mouth. Chef...you've done it again!

Used to be my friends' hangout but the service under the new manager has gone down. Even with the good HH prices - will not be frequenting Sea change any more, or recommending it.
