The best cafe in Hanoi! Take it from a native Hanoian and coffee lover! Highly recommended the Ba Na Coffee here. Other types of coffee are also good, do try them all.
The location is not correct. Ask Google maps. Even than, hard to find. Very cozy place but no supercomfy chairs to sit for a long time.
Good and reasonable price coffee only open until 7pm. Small and often have no seats. But I hate the service of staff here

Waiting for 40 minutes and even so they were not able to get the order correctly (one latte , one cappuccino - so hard). Service is sooooo slow. Not recommended.

Has 2 flrs with inside&outside seats. Greenie&fresh. Very crowded w long orders ~ 30' waiting minimum. Located in walking str. so avoid weekends. Menu nothing special. Bad service. ignored customers. - Mitchell Pham
Coconut sticky rice with ice portion is larger than any Cong Coffee Shop i've try.Nice decor,friendly service,motor parking nearby 20m.2 floor with non smoking area.It will become my fav place soon - Nam Nắn Nót
