Can’t believe a 4 star hotel could be this bad. The room I stayed in got a broken door, a leaked bidet sprayer, and a broken light switch. The air con didn’t work properly as well .

No toilet mat, no hot water, broken shower head, and the breakfast can be better. Also, somehow the atmosphere of the hotel is quite uncomfortable. The good thing is just their friendly staffs .

Kamar bau , handuk sudah lusuh, banyak pasangan mesum. Karyawan lambat merespon ac tidak dingin, sarapan perhitungan kamar hanya dibatasi utk 2 org, tdk cocok utk keluarga tp cocok utk pasangan ????
