Go at low tide and walk down in to the punch bowl (access from c st two blocks down to trail ) amazing place to take photos.

For venturing into Devil's Punchbowl: park where everyone else does, then walk and take left at "C" Avenue. Walk just a few minutes for beach access on left :) Totally worth it!

Awesome!! Even in the rain it's great. I bet it would be extra magical at high tide .
