The hotel guy wasn't kidding me when he said it's a place for the locals. Communication was definitely a challenge for me. But rather peaceful ambience .

I don't see it. Nothing fancy , the coffee is mediocre and still double/triple the price what you pay in a small coffee shop . Wouldn't go here again.

Compare to most of the coffee places in Saigon. This place has pretty bad service. Btw, the fried rice sucks too!
