Join the Regular monthly subscription first and focus on Cardio , Weight & Floor Trainings ...you will see the difference. And you will be automatically get addicted. I am fond of this Gym now :)

And lyk Ashish mentioned above...it has quite gud combination of crowd, space, equipments and health food & supplements shop & a cafeteria . U can choose to get a personal trainer as per ur budget too.

They have great dance + exercise sessions which make gymming so much fun, and those are included in the membership fee!

Its a place that gives you a brilliant combination of Space, A Good Crowd, Equipment, A Nice Health Food Cafeteria and decent service (at least most of the times!) :-)

Good gym but can be way better if management does some renovation and takes care of equipment. Weights section is useless without personal trainer

With the temp closure of platinum section the gym has become very crowded
