No sense of urgency for passengers who are birding...don't go of you have a tight connection...no one in line and barista is leisurely making my drink

They're hidden on the lounge area above the F concourse. Take the escalators up and they're in the furthest corner.

The seating area is a bit of a disappointment. 4 chairs and a garden sofa ...

Nice quiet place to have a coffee and charge up your phone.

Excellent staff and a really tasty latte . Equipment is well maintained here.

Very slow staff . Got the wrong number of 2 double espressos and had to explicitly ask for the oatmeal cookie . In the busiest airport in the US you don't train on the job and fail this much.

As of June 25, 2012 they don't accept Starbucks card and also no Airline Discount , HMN get it together @Atlanta_Airport

Don't go to this Starbucks on Terminal F. The staff was rude and loud , plus they only accepted cash--no Starbucks cards accepted. I left there empty handed.
