Everything is good here, really. The Tom Yam is $10 and should be shared cos its way too much for one person. You can ask to adjust the spiciness level. Crabmeat chicken dish is nice to share too.
Thai chendol was not too sweet. It has coconut slices, green noodles , and some other rubies and sweet things like green sago in a coconut milk concoction . $3. LOVE IT!!!
Crispy pork skin/rind ($5.50-$6). Buy this from their retail shop next door. Restaurant will help serve snack on a plate, together with a chilli dip ???????? Pair with ice-cold Chang beer
Nice food here, like the clear Tom yum soup, minced pork with basil , hot plate omelette with oysters and papaya salad ! They are also open 24 hours .
Fried chicken w basil & chilli ($10). So predictably yummy, can eat just this with rice . Portion can share with 4 pax
Good desserts . Good Tom Kha Kai soup . Good bbq pork . Vermicelli with prawns a bit too peppery.
Mixed Thai chendol ($9). Lots of creamy coconut milk on ice. Tasted of chendol & bubor chacha
Most authentic Thai food I've had in SG. The pad Thai omelette was delicious. The owner was on hang to give suggestions. Cheap and delicious.
Larb gai, catfish salad , beef salad , pandan chicken , fried fish with thai sauce, som tam , phad tai, basically everything is a winner. There's pancake and mango sticky rice for dessert just outside too
Excellent authentic thai food , really enjoy the pad thai & papaya salad !
Crispy catfish w mango salad ($15). A savoury twist with the fried fish . Memorable
Their green curry and stuffed chicken wings are yummy. Drink a Thai iced tea to wash it all down.
Not really the most authentic Thai taste around but definitely has one of the best Thai Iced Teas I've tried.
Hotplate omelette w oyster ($15). Wish it could be tastier & more fragrant
Long bean sambal ($10). Crunchy & savoury. Enjoyed dish
Tomyam & the prawn cake are super delicious ^^ whoever love spicy soup , must try the tomyam then ^^
Some of the best of Thailand right here in Singapore; go for classics, like Green Curry , Tom Yam and Chicken Feet Salad .
When it's busy, write your orders down neatly & hand it over to any of the staff
I haven't tried everything but the green curry is pretty good and creamy. As good as in Thailand.
One of the best Thai eateries around. Go for the TomYum , a $12 portion is enough to serve 2.
The chendol is so good! Big bowl with generous ingredients at $3
Authentic Thai food . Love the papaya salad !
Go for the crab cakes and Tom yam , give the green curry a miss. On the pricey side. Every dish is $12 and above.
Good place to hang out for everything of Thailand. Food, snacks , drinks, magazines, groceries and etc
baked crab tang hoon $35 good for two to share. tasty sauce!
Clear tom yum is heavenly! Their desserts are really good too. Rather cheap for the generous portions !
The Red Ruby dessert !! And you can get your drinks less sweet too.
The Beef/Pork noodles don't seem to be as good when they were at Golden Mile. The portion is smaller too.
And they do take credit cards now - at least at Golden Mile. I paid with my AMEX (sorry Vikram) last night.
My weekday lunchtime pad thai was served rather dry ????
Tasty green curry fried rice
Sawadee Ka! U can't go too wrong with Thai food in Golden Mile's Little Thailand. The food here is bout as authentic as u can get without boarding a plane to Bangkok. Worth to try the Som Tam :D
Great authentic Thai in a decent setting, a little pricey because of that.
Food is good, but beware when ordering as the waitress 1) missed one item we order and we had to reorder again. 2) charged us for an item that was not served! ????
One of the biggest thai restaurants at the mile. Worth trying.
Tom Yum and mango sticky rice . Also, the iced tea with milk
good mango sticky rice but better if e rice is warm
Green curry is thick and tasty. Might be best in SG.
Best mango sticky rice this side of Thailand :D
Authentic Thai food . Thumbs up with reasonable price
Green curry and basil chicken !
Be prepared to queue if you want to get a seat. Main dishes are generally ok, but their desserts are probably the most authentic ones here.
Service here is good. Thai food is decent, but I would say other eateries (e.g. BeerThai and NongKhai) fare a little better.
They have lunch sets now
Takeaway counter has mango and Durian sticky rice
Clear Soup Tom Yum
After a few decades eating here, today is the worst. Ordered pork fried rice and they gave me seafood fried rice with pork . When i asked for usuall they say i said pork fried rice not thai fried rice
Tom yum clear soup was solid. Nothing else really special. Papaya salad was too heavy on the fish sauce .
Good place. Iced tea not bad. The pork is nice.
Tom Yum Soup
Somtam (papaya salad) with salted egg is yummy! Portions are a little small, though. - kisacake
Here, the 3 staff are more keen singing, packing plastic bags and sweeping floor than clearing the queue! What happens to Subway!? - xiao hao
Authentic Thai dishes. Iced milk tea and coconut milk dessert saves you from spicy! - Aki Morita
The green curry is amazing. Tom yum goong is equally excellent. Since they moved from sunshine plaza, food is same goodness, but the place is much more comfortable. - A B
Wow... Very authentic thai and Vietnamese market. Pick up the fresh veggie combination packets in produce section that contain everything to make tom yum and other soups and dishes. - John A
A lot of cool, old films at pay-what-you-want prices. There are newer movies off the beaten track at fixed prices. One of the screens has been bags and you can buy craft beer to take in. - David Wormley
