A luxurious hotel of Kempinski standards! Clean and well furnished with marble floors and walls. Has amazing spa facilities and massage . A fantastic roof overlooking the Nile. highly priced though!

The customer services are very helpful and swift , the breakfast full of variate and food is tasty and delicious and the staff their are very polite and helpfulness hotel location is very good

Although this is my first stay there, it has quickly become one of my favorite hotels in Cairo. Excellent service , friendly staff and super clean . Make sure u get a Nile view room ;)

Osmanly restaurant was a great experience. Friendly staff , astonishing food, and nice atmosphere.

You'll find the relaxing Jazz Bar on the 10th Floor , make sure to catch a window seat for the perfect view of the Nile, and order the Steak Sandwich !

I guess paying an extra 35 dollars to have a room with a nile view is fare enough . Very friendly staff as long as you give tips . otherwise no one is friendly unfortanatly . VERY CLEAN

Do not fit to the brand of Kempinski. The entrance of the hotel is as if 2 or 3 stars hotel and very small. Nile view rooms up to 4th level are tree view rooms.

Don't expect to find a parking place with the valet.. The hotel doesn't have an inside garage . Only a small outside lot.. Not 5 stars service at all!!
