The geek squad is amazing. It depends what item you buy. We cover parts. So one person may be able to fix something for you, but they can't give you free parts or a new one if that doesn't work out.

The customer service section could use a little more help so people don't have to wait 15 minutes to be acknowledge

This store has improved recently. In design and customer service. Most of the employees know what they are talking about.

Been here four times to pick up electronics always have to go to another store for pickup

There is no dedicated line for in-store pick up. Be prepared to wait behind exchanges/returns for a bit. You might be better off just shopping in the store.

Don't bother with their protection plans. Atleast on your cell phone biggest waste of time, no one knows how to handle a claim and no one cares about an unhappy customer

They have free phones for all carriers!!
