Know your hash browns ! Scattered is standard. Smothered = onions ; covered = cheese ; chunked = ham ; diced = tomatoes ; peppered = jalapeños ; capped = mushrooms ; topped = chili ; country = sausage gravy .
I recommend the hasbrowns covered chunked and diced...but that's just me. Its amazing
