Aalborg is a few steps/years behind the rest of Denmark in fine cuisine , but tabu does everything just as good as the one-stars both in Århus and Copenhagen. Menu driven by local produce is great
Degustation menu hits all the spots. Great execution from start to finish. Wine selection is balanced, and manages to oscillate between subtly underlining and being playful at times. Great atmosphere
