The soup is really really clean and refreshing. Its clear and not murky. The garlic oil combo with pork lard is amazing to the whole bowl of noodles . Duck meat and pork innards (large) is so good.

The koay tiao th'ng boss is cooperating well with sugar cane drink boss. Because the soup is too salty, then customer will feel thirsty and forced to order drinks. Nice job!
