90% of the staff is incompetent. The GM implemented ridiculous policies like "no Splenda is to be put into drinks by staff due to diabetes". One of the worst places for customer service in Victoria.
an extra cup for water cost $.28...i wonder where those extra money goes!!good thing i'm from vancouver...
Remeber despite being a big company they are only given x amount of money per location to distribute for ordering and payroll. It makes sense to charge for cups when most people steal pop anyways.
The manager is scary but I got a great big Mac and fresh fries

Ordered an egg mcmuffin with no meat. Came with meat. I didn't notice till I had a bite. Sadness
I usually have no problems with the service here.

Bathrooms are NASTY!
Bathroom is unbelievably filthy. I thought that I would find Cary Elwes from the Saw movie under the sink. Had to be buzzed in. Bodily fluids all over the wall and floors. Blood on toilet and sink. - Angela Ferguson
