Good quality food cooked to perfection for a variety of tastes, including vegetarians . Sea bass with pumpkin and kale and ox cheek and onion pie just two tasty examples.
The food here is really, really good. Great gastro vibe, and decent beers .
At my last visit, which was probably 2018ish, the upstairs restaurant was inaccessible to wheelchair users, although you could eat restaurant meals in downstairs bar

The crispy pigs ears are definitely worth a nibble.
Initial welcome upstairs was very poor. Sunday lunch is slightly better than average however generally underwhelmed.

Fantastic beer selection. Dead Pony Club & Punk IPA are my favourites. They do good pizzas for £8. Just be aware that Friday nights get busy you cant always get a table - Oscar Parkin-Christie
