The girl who works here obviously hates her job. So rude, didnt even smile. If you ask to taste something they want to do it for you. I don't want you staring at me while I try a flavor.

Decorations are a bit tacky . Variety of toppings though. Space is small and feels a little cramped. 6/10 compared to all the Tutti Frutti's I've been to.
