Unsatisfactory! I have stayed in 2 different rooms this visit and seen roaches in both. Neither room had properly working a/c & don't expect decent service if booking through hotwire .

My room on 6th floor smells like mildew. Janitor said "welcome to Florida." Friends hallway on 3rd floor smells like cigarette smoke.

This hotel is really decent. I'm a hotel snob that hates anything less than a three star but I'm really pleased! Only 48 bucks a night! Score!

The staff was very rude, and by staff I mean the V.P. for this location. In our room we found a bottle used by a previous customer as a tobacco spit bottle and a roach ran across the bed. Checked out!

Great hotel and the staff are wonderful.

Staying on the 3rd floor. Saw a big flying cockroach. Called front desk. They asked me where I was from. I said NY. They said "Welcome to the South"

We showed management a video of 3 roaches crawling on the wall and also a dead one basking on the toilet paper roll.......this place is a dump ! Management told us we are staying in a $100 room....

Don't use hotwire to stay here they treat u like a 2nd class citizen ....

Great deal on hotwire . Saved a bunch of money doing it.
