Breathtaking resort located in a 10M years forest , the beach is full of colorful reefs and fish , their breakfast buffet is amazing.. the Malaysian restaurant is very good (try their meets)

We have had an issue with our room and the management react very helpful and provided us with a wonderful new room in fact an upgrade to our previous room! Make sure to book a Spa treatment .

Located in lush environment, in the middle of jungle and with a beautiful beach . The service is superb. The breakfast is delicious. The downside - internet is slow and everything is quite expensive .

Pay no attention to those negative tips. This resort may not be the ritziest 5 star hotel , but it certainly is beautiful. It's secluded, the private beach is gorgeous and large. Staff are excellent!

Get up early and do the complimentary nature walk. It's just round the grounds of the hotel , but it's fun and the guides are extremely knowledgeable ; you'll learn so much!

excellent hotel . great spa . one of the best of SPG hotels . Don't miss this morning walks at 8:00 am and the evening walks at 6:00 pm starting from the lounge . excellent and experienced conductor.

Whoever come here,please make sure you go to the beach around 6pm-7.30pm for an amazing view of sunset .

Excellent breakfast spread ! Keep your balcony doors locked though - the monkeys know how to come in and know where the food is!

Left the balcony door slightly open to listen to the waves and for some ocean breeze, looked up from my book and there was a monkey opening the minibar for a bag of nuts !

I enjoyed my stay here but concede there are some rough edges (if you look). I prefer to focus on its positives:- jungle setting to watch wildlife- friendly staff - secludedI advise hiring a car

Staff at the reception r the best. The rest r pretty substandard n not very attentive comparatively. ESP those at the restaurant . Kept forgetting the orders.

In desperate need of a refresh. The Andaman is tired and musky. Given the price and promising photos online, a definite let down. Food isn't great. Toilets are filthy and ant-ridden.

Need to sit the van that hotel provided to come in if u follow tour by bus !The road too hard for bus to come in

Try the Balinese Massage at the Spa .

Not quite as luxurious as expected. Westin langkawi is so much better. Rooms are quite rundown too, ESP if they positioned themselves as 'luxury ' resort . And food r so-so.

Extremely mediocre 'luxury ' resort . I left my iPod in the room & it was never recovered. Rooms not up to 5 star standards, food was mediocre. Go to The Westin or 4seasons if you're looking 4 luxury .

REal disappoinT. Room not ready. When its ready..its come with smelly odour from toilet . We was asked to wait 130hrs for a little return upgrading to suite. My total wait from 130 till now..330PM NOW

Honestly, it is a "ok" resort . Food is not good, service average and prices way exaggerated. However, it is a beautiful and natural place. Shame it is full of rubbish all around here.
