Contrary to the English name listed here, it is actually an Udon house. Excellent food and service, though you may have to wait for a while if the place is full when you arrive.
「はがくれ」で修行された店主さんがやっているお店。一番のおすすめ は生醤油うどん （大根おろし とねぎ の上にすだちを搾ってしょうゆ を2往復半かけ混ぜずに2本ずつ食べる）だが寒い冬にはカレーうどん か釜たまうどん をあえてお勧めしてみたい。
「生 しょうゆ うどん 」を注文してみてください。いかに美味しいうどん かよく分かります。

生醤油うどん がオススメ。一人一人に店長が直々に薬味盛り付けと食べ方を教えてくれる。こだわりが感じられ、とてもおいしい！ただ、時間が割りとかかるので昼休み出遅れると厳しい…
美味しいですが、びっくりするくらい待つ。ランチタイムの会社員には結構きつい待ち時間。
12時から13時は混み合うので昼休憩の時間が足りなくなることもちらほら。
2014年は12月28日まで営業予定です。
