Kính Thiên殿建于1428年黎太祖时期，在黎圣宗时期完工。建在早期的乾元-天安宫的基础上，属于李朝和陈朝。是举行最重要的皇家仪式、国家事务和接待外国使节的主要大厅。木结构建筑+石龙雕，今只剩下地基和一些石阶，原始结构在法国殖民时期被毁。
