Service was good. The studio apartment was very well equipped, clean n cozy ..the jacuzzi was awesome. Buffet breakfast was simply superb...

My booking was transferred to the Swiss Garden Residences and it was awesome!!!! The room is nice and cozy with a good view of the city skyline.

It's worth to sign up as a full member of Swiss Garden Vacation Club, as you are having business trip at Klang Valley. Hotel bill seem to be sky rocketting.

Theres a beleif in the area that whatever you find on the ground is a gift that god gave to you. So never leave your stuff behind, because even the staff beleives in that story. Also no AC in corridor

I stay at residences. Look like apartment . Suitable for family vacation. But the hotel location is not ok because it facing jammed every morning. Well it is in the heart of KL . What u can expect.

The Swiss Garden residences is a pretty neat stay in the heart of KL . Love the comfy beds and spacious toilets .

SGVIC pampers me. You'll get 20% discount in dining . Buffet table is on Level 6 . I got an upgrade to a family room . What else can I ask for.

Stayed in The hotel . Good location to walk to Bukit Bintang and China Town . Room is clean . Breakfast isn't too bad. People at reception are nice to deal with.

Location is good. Interiors needs attention. It's a little old and smells. Service staff are good and helpful. Bar is basic. Room is small and dated.

Nice view and interior design and they provide open wifi and its very fast. Im happy just for that.

Conveniently located within walking distance to pudu sentral and plaza rakyat lrt and bukit bintang.

Boiler failed to work. And the lift is like using hidrolic to push from downstair. But, room are quite nice.. They clean up even in night if i hang up (please clean up room)..

Hotel was noisy and has à sick building syndrome. Every day good for an allergic reaction (sneeze, thick red eyes). Not 4 stars worthy.

Service at receptionist is quite bad. But the room is very ok. Apartment type. Own kitchen with microwave & fridge . Suitable for family vacation.

I would not recommended this hotel . a deposit is required at check in, staff is unwilling to open the 'e-lounge' or offer an alternative when you need to check in your flight outside opening hours.

Poor services. No one welcoming you in the entrance lobby. I have requested return shuttle services, but no one show up to pick me, 2x already. AC often not work. Fast internet only near the room door

Your worst nightmare. Old rubish, bad service ( no clean towels, no freezer in THE room) and dusty and dirty (Windows were not washed For over à Yes-R i presume) Orientated on Chinese and Arabs.
