The pairing of dishes with beers or wines is excellent - really brings out the best in both.
They serve mainly vegetables , but with components of animals i.e. for a sauce. The dishes were delicious and creative. You can choose for a non alcoholic juice pairing, which were also great.
Amazingly creative food with cool beer/juice/wine pairing. Less meats, more veggies . Nice staff too!
Better than some 1 star Michelin restaurants I've been to. Let's see if the inspectors agree in november ...
Let you surprise yourself here with excellent food
Bediening is top, eten ziet er prachtig uit en smaakt zowaar nog beter! Echt een aanrader. Hoewel ik van een stukje vlees en vis houd, zijn de vegetarische gerechten absoluut een aanrader!!
Tip: kaasplank en bijbehorende Franse wijn is een ware smaaksensatie! (als het op het menu staat)

Recommendation: Steak Tartare as a starter and vegetarian risotto with warm goat cheese and spinach or fish curry with gambas as the main dish. A cheese pleader to round the perfection. - Josh Taroli
