"Dockland" in Riga, port area that artists since 2005-2008 turned into first creative quarter. Now artists are gone, but the feeling and some more commercial activities are still there.

Visit the nice restaurant/bar that was opened recently in the marina . Great view , good service and cozy seats . You can meet some local sailors there too.

Rather deep marina for bigger yachts, in a walking distance from Old Town . Can be busy and noisy due to the events in the neighboring area.

A place where to chill out in spring and summer. Go there and catch some sun.

Great for viewing sunsets

A nice place to hang out in peace . Buy a can of beer in the big taxfree booze shop and empty it next to the river Daugava if its good weather. Just beware of police - no alcohol in public!
