Adorable cafe , very pleasant staff , and a great Thai Iced coffee with boba ! Coffee was good and strong, with sweetened condensed milk and fresh boba ! I'll be back! :) -Stop by n try! A+ !

Best thai iced tea in my opinion. I've yet to find a place with a good combination of the tea , milk , and boba . Everywhere else it's always off in some way.
