10-course tasting menu for 1,200 pesos : highlight was rabbit , sweetbread , a white fish called silverside and the chocolate dessert . Food is very good. Wine is also excellent: sommelier is great!

Frustrating. The whole experience went all wrong for the waiter misused the credit card paying process and I spent half dining period trying to solve a problem that did not exist. Embarrassing night.

Try the foie gras and then the cochinillo . Very decent wine list . Decor is also very nice.
Supposedly the best restaurant in Argentina, but please avoid. Food here was lacking in basic techniques like not overcooking quail . Wanted to tap out of my 8 course tasting midway.

El menú de degustación es el que vale la pena. Más de diez pasos y combinaciones de sabores que probablemente nunca hayas probado antes. Eso sí, es para una ocasión muy esencial porque es caro .

Es una experiencia unica para disfrutar en todo sentido, desde el lugar, pasando por la atencion super personalizada, aromas, texturas y sabores. Catalogado como el restaurant N1 en la Argentina.
Los platos cambian permanentemente. Probar los ñoquis de ricotta , castañas y mollejas ; lomo al vacío con chimichurri , codorniz asada rellena de humita y los postres que sugieran ese día.
Sin palabras, menú excelente de pies a cabeza. Pidan la pesca del día y los ravioles con el postre de café . Ah y la atención de otro nivel.
