Good-value dining in the old town , with hefty breakfast plates , omelettes and pasta dishes to fill bellies. Verne is just as good for coffee or cocktails (€3.80), service can be spotty in high summer.

The food is very cheap and delicious in the mean time! Try the duck with pancakes or the spinach ravioli . And when u say lemonade u'll get a real classic lemonade !

Nice place for some traditional food in a cosy atmosphere . Ok vegetarian options are available and breakfasts . They don't take cards or apparently large notes.

Lemonade : v good; Hung. Goulash : v good; Salmon with black spaghetti : good, looks terrific; pancakes with jam/walnut(!): terrific! Staff : helpful and good English.

Avoid during lunchtime. We waited for 30 min, one waiter for the whole interior and terrance did not come! He took the orders from people that came after use, after we waved at him, he left inside...

Fine food, fine beer , fine place, but the service could be nicer.
