servis ok. a/c n carpet mcm dh lama. overall still ok for family stay. cuma jln dr lift ke bilik bau hancing la pulak(blok 4) reasonable price from agoda. being here twice. previos was at block 3.

Park ur car at the basement of this building, RM2 p/entry & cop ur parkg tix b4 goin out so they only charge u RM2 p/entry or u will be charge by hours if not doin so...
This place is pathetic. Roaches crawling in the room, patterns on the ceiling, broken sofa , dimly lighted room, a fridge you might find a dead body and toilet that unclean.

Breakfast food are so so only but the sea view are damn good. The roof top pool are fantastic especially with a glass of beer. The room are clean with a reasonable price - Nic-99

There's a cafe next to Kaison. They serve the best banana fritters and veggie fritters (cucur). You can have mixed rice, too. Better than the food court at the basement. Wonderful and quick services!! - Ibrahim Ismail
