On the refill thing.....call them out right back as EVERY, and I mean EVERY other Starbucks in the Portland/Vancouver area says otherwise.

If you walk in at 7:00am you shouldn’t expect to your coffee instantly. That should be a given anywhere. Customers need to stop being rude and perhaps leave home 15 minutes early.
